We still awaiting a diagnosis from CAMHS and paediatrics. But we are all almost certain it is Asperger. The wait for an appointment is draining me the constant battles with step son is unbearable. If he doesn’t get his own way the meltdowns and attitudes are immense. He is 11, been on waiting list almost 4 years. I honestly don’t know how to deal with it anymore. My own mental health is taking a kicking and relationship with his dad is dwindling away.
