Hi I'm just in process of sending off my little ones d l a forms I have just got his diagnosis For autism and was told to put in for it. I got someone to help me fill forms in so its all sorted and was just going to send in the diagnosis report and nothing else will this be enough and who do they normally contact? And has anyone put one in recent to know how long its taking at minute thankyou lindsey

    I can't answer all your questions but I think you should send in everything you have, not just the diagnosis report.  Send copies of any reports you have - it's really important.  I'm not certain but I don't think just a diagnosis report will be enough.  It's all based on 'need' rather than diagnosis.
