How to get my child to write

My child can scribble but still can't draw a circle, person or write

I show him what to do but he still can't imitate me. I've also bought wipe clean books, erasable sketch pads and a blackboard, but still doesn't help.

He understands how to hold the pencil, crayon etc the proper way but just can't write

Any help please

My daughter is also 4 (and NT as far as we know), she can draw her version of people but she finds writing quite difficult and will only do it if she’s really in the mood. Her friend who is 2 weeks older writes beautifully and enjoys doing it. My daughter prefers to sing, dance and draw dogs. She also prefers wipe clean books that have a theme rather than pages of alphabet or letters

See he won't even sit for any of it. Has no patience if he's not interested. He won't even draw a picture. He thinks hes making letters. He draws a line and says A then another line and says B etc.

But I will try a theme see if that makes a difference. Thank you for this
