How to stop my child taking all clothes off

How do I get my child to stop taking his clothes off.

This happens when there is water about and he thinks he's getting a bath or if it's to warm. He completely strips all off including underwear 

He doesn't understand you can't run round naked

  • My 3 year old had just started doing this over he last couple of weeks. Everytime she's home or at my mums shes complety naked. She tried it at the park yeaturday too .. that's a first.
