Hi Karin,

Thanks so much for your response. I'm a nervous about using a provider without a 'recommendation', IYSWIM. I'm very aware that I don't have the skills to pick the right team. A long list of potentials is a bit overwhelming at this stage. But thank you very much for getting back to me - it's much appreciated.
