School, School, School....

School is starting to become a nightmare again. The past couple of days, my daughter has been coming home not looking great. She has been pale, feeling dizzy, light headed and at times a bit faint. She hasn't been eating properly and and her days are just getting messed up.

For example, she doesn't like the food most of the week so only has a bacon roll and apple juice at break and doesn't feel like eating breakfast at the moment. She doesn't eat dinner in the evenings any more and if she does, she barely touches it because she has lunch at 2:30 when she finishes school so isn't hungry for dinner.

She is giving herself a hard time at the moment after school because she keeps saying she can't do anything right, she can't behave and that she is a really bad student in school and that when teachers tell her that she's amazing she doesn't believe them.

Today wasn't the best of days because she starts at 9:45 and has science which was great, then break then P.E which it then went downhill because she wasn't as good at tennis as yesterday. She then gave up but sat with the class and watched them play. When they went inside, she didn't go back into the gym but stayed outside where she then jumped the gate (again this week) and sat outside reception for a while and sat on her phone (which she isn't allowed during the school day). When approached by teachers she said she was fine (she struggles letting them know what's troubling her) even though they knew she wasn't so gave her space. She spent around 40 minutes out there until it was raining and went back into school, handed her phone in, went to Math Class and did some work. She then didn't have lunch and sat in the hall by herself and didn't go to her English lesson and then I picked her up at 1:20.

(She keeps leaving school site or sits outside reception all the time. 3 times the past 2 days). She also hasn't been to any English classes this week and just hasn't been in lessons for whatever reason.

I don't know what to do because she doesn't want to see her friend tomorrow or go to her cycling coaching lesson Sunday or see her dad, all which she loves to do.

Any ideas on how to help her is appreciated again. Thanks x
