Hi, my autistic son is a big 9 year old! He has a tendency to throw himself at people, jump on me, ask me to carry him etc. Most of the time I can get through to him and he stops, but when he’s having a meltdown or refusing to move it gets very difficult. Can anyone offer any advice on restraining him safely so he can’t hurt himself or others and how to do things like get him out of the car when he refuses to come. Thanks xx
