Help for Pre diagnosis

Hi, we are currently on The list for ASD assessment for my daughter. I was after some advice if anyone could help please, I don’t know where we can get support from, we are under early help(not much help) and waiting for occupational therapy. My daughter is struggling with a lot of things, she is masking it really well in school and having meltdowns as soon as she comes home, she has a lot of sensory, doesn’t like physical contact, eye contact, loud noises, hygiene is a big deal for her, teeth, hair.

she doesn’t have proper friends and fixated on one person at a time. It is mostly her emotions/anger that I would like her to get some support for now. She has been seen by camhs but they said they are not the right support for her.
