Hi and I just need to know I'm not alone

Hello all, this is my first post. I have a daughter, step son and as of today a Husband with ASD  I have two other. Children with learning difficulties and another step son with learnt behaviours. Everything has just hit me today with my husband's diagnosis and I feel completely alone. I guess I'm just reaching out to confirm I'm not alone

  • You're definitely not alone.

Last week, they told me my daughter was displaying signs of autism. It has been the most difficult thing to deal with. Fears are abound, mental health is terrible and it's hard to stay strong for our other child.

I hope though that I can keep it all together to support her, because she deserves that. It's what I keep reminding myself, she deserves my support at every step.

I can't speak for your husband, but your children need you and they will benefit from you.
