Need a little guideance

Hi

I'm new to here so please bear with me..

I am mum to a 9 year old girl and around a year and half ago her school approach me and said they think she has issues with a lot of things and would like to refer her to the school SENCO. a SENCO I'd like to add that I have never spoke to or even really seen...

So what the school had said was that she has problems forming social groups and when she does make a friend, she thinks that the friend is hers and hers alone and if this person wants to play with other children she lashes out etc.  So anyway we had an appointment with a (Neurodisability) Paediatric doctor who asked a lot of questions and when everything came out from me (as I have always thought something isn't right) it has come to light that she is being assessed for ADHD, suspected Autism, possible learning difficulties and dyslexia.

She has had blood and urine tests and we still haven't received any results from this even though it was back in October, she has a QB test tomorrow and that is as about as far as we have got.

So really what I am asking is how long is the process for results and a proper diagnosis?

A little more of our background.

When she was little I used to take her playgroups but she never really played and snatched toys off children and couldn't really play so I stopped going.

She likes to be the centre of attention and if she doesn't get this attention then she lashes out at us or her younger sibling.

If we got to a shop and I say no regarding a toy or sweet again she has a complete melt down and lashes out.

She has trouble accepting certain things, has no sense of danger and when we go places with water WILL stand at the edge and won't grasp this is dangerous.

She has lost a few teeth recently and when this happens she cries and panics and the last one had quite bit of blood and she went into complete meltdown and shaking etc. It took me a while to calm her

She doesn't care about her personal hygiene either.

To be honest I'm at my wits end and don't know where to turn

Thank you for reading...  sorry it's long winded.
