Autism & anger towards one parent

Hi I’m Laura & to the page. My 7 year old son has recently been diagnosed with high functioning asd. Myself & my wife both work but I only work part time since our second child came along. For the past year my son has grown angry & is awful to my wife. Obviously because I’m part time I’m there more so therefore do things the way that he likes but it’s got to the point now where if she says hello he just grunts at her or shouts. He says awful things to her & it doesn’t matter what she does it’s never right. We’re a same sex couple & she was the one who gave birth to him so I think she finds that even more upsetting. I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and/or has any advice? Thanks
