ASD & SPD - New diagnosis, advice/help needed if possible?

Hello,

I am new here and hoping you can help me.

I have just received a diagnosis for my 7 year old boy, ASD and SPD. The thing is I am now completely overwhelmed and lost as to what to do next.

I have been reading online and joining Facebook pages and groups, its just a lot and not getting me yet any further in 'understanding' everything and knowing how to move forward - ideally I am looking for a course that will start from the beginning and help, I cant seem to find anything however.

Do any of you know of any online courses or where I can try to find these? any recommendations of books to read or websites to look at? (I am on the Surrey NAS website and FB already)

ANY help and advice would be massively appreciated.

Many thanks x
