Guidelines COVID-19

Hi my name is Rose. I am in need of some advise please  regarding the guidelines  with  COVID-19.
Being  a mum to my autistic son who moved into supported living  last August the timing was not good.
An agency supplies  the support for son . When we have been hit with lockdowns . My son was my support bubble  Which has been taken away from me .

Reading the guidelines on the gov.uk site. Is so confusing my son is my support bubble and on the site it seems it  is still being used.
Any advice please will be much appreciated. Thank you

  • I live on my own, and I visit two friends who live together as my support bubble. So I assume the same applies to you and your son.

But also there are lots of exceptions where you can visit someone to support your or their mental health etc and autism falls within that category.

The rules aren't inhuman, so I think you should go. And it's legit to make an honest, mistaken interpretation of them.
