24 hour curriculum

Hello, can anyone advise me what evidence do you need to show that your child needs a 24 hour curriculum?  I was told that I need to show that there is an educational need for my child to have this.  Whar constitutes an educational need and who decides if the child needs this?

    Perhaps if you're looking to find out more about what educational provision your child is entitled to you might consider giving the NAS Education Rights Service a call.They'll be able to talk about your specific situation and give you appropriate advice.
