Help please for adult son with eating disorder

We have a wonderful son who is 27 with Aspergers who we are incredibly proud of for so many reasons

He is extremely intelligent and capable and Talented in so many ways, went to Uni and gained a Degree, and got excellent academic grades

He has a job which he enjoys and is ideally suited to working from home but does not earn enough to live independently & lives with us, his parents

He has had a problem  with his eating habits and has put on weight for some years and  his weight has recently ballooned in the past 3 years

He (like many) has suffered from depression & takes anti-depressants & has struggled like so many during lockdown

He is desperate for some help but NOT from us as his parents

He knows he is eating the wrong things & this and quantity/Portion sizes are the main issues

Despite his many strengths - due to his Aspergers he is very much a creature of habits and breaking these is proving one of the biggest obstacles

He (like we) is very worried about his weight but he lacks the motivation and self confidence to break out of his bad habits

He has now asked us to help him which is a great step forwards but we need help from a Professional who understands his condition and can help?

We live in Surrey, and if there is anyone who can give us some ideas we would be so grateful.

Many thanks
