My son is 5 and has Autism he was permanently excluded back in October and I have been taking every step to make sure I get Justice for my son. Today I recieved a letter stating the school admit liability to Disability Discrimination towards my son !!!

I think you would need to bring a civil case against the school, as there isn't a DD court.
Um you might also want to look into legal aid if it's not become extinct by now, as your bringing a case on behalf of your child.
If you think anything criminal has happend then you might be able to bring a joint civil/criminal case with the latter attracting legal aid
