School admit disability discrimination !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 5 and has Autism he was permanently excluded back in October and I have been taking every step to make sure I get Justice for my son. Today I recieved a letter stating the school admit liability to Disability Discrimination towards my son !!!

A very good Xmas present but the battle stillgoes on.xxSmile

  • Glad to hear school have accepted that they are at fault, its quite hard to get them to acknowledge this. Been fighting Bounces school for over a year now and still they have the backing of governers.

    Bounce was excluded twice while in nursery (he is in reception now) and still things aint put right. Only a few days ago I got a response from school regarding the handling of 3 complaints I made regarding his new t/aand got a copy of the Parent Partnership hand book sent to me.

    I have complained to school and governers about 'disability discrimination' but always get it bouncing back to me and a few months ago had a warning letter from school saying I am being aggressive!!  The only thing I am is a fighter- I fight for what my kids need to help them have a happy and joyful life.
