  • Thank you. After my son was excluded we had the governing body meeting which backed the school I then took it an Independant Panel Reveiw which asked the governing body to reconsider then we had a discipline commitee which then again backed the school I am taking the school to court to fight this as I want this removing from his recoreds as the school failed my son.

At the same time I am taking the school to a Disability Discrimination Court and they have just admitted to Discrimination towards my son and issued me with a written apology my court cases continue...

This has not been easy and will remain a battle I do have legal representation now and I will take this as high as I can. All along I have been made to feel the guilty one and yet it was the system that failed my son and has put my family into absoloute chaos and missery. I dont think permanantly excluding any child with additional needs is justified ...........

To any parents in the same situation.... do what you feel is right and let the system know that it needs to change because children like mine already have enough challenges without being given a stereotype of a 'Naughty child' kicked out of school. Its the school at fault..........
