School admit disability discrimination !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 5 and has Autism he was permanently excluded back in October and I have been taking every step to make sure I get Justice for my son. Today I recieved a letter stating the school admit liability to Disability Discrimination towards my son !!!

A very good Xmas present but the battle stillgoes on.xxSmile

  • Theschool permanentlyexcluded him after not putting other things in place to try and help him . He has a full educational statement with a full time one -to-one . It was handled very poorly and I launched an  appeal which continues but I'm taking the school to court for discrimination and they have just admitted it and wrote an apology. It's just poor the way mainstream schools let children down with SEN x
