Good Evening Everyone
I've been a Dementia Carer for 16 years now, but I'm changing my direction in Social Care.
I have a new job, supporting someone with Learning disabilities with Autism.
They are aged 20, with a mental age of 7. I have limited experience with supporting younger people, and need advice, on supporting someone with a mental age.
Obviously I will be shown their routine, but unsure.
Any advice appreciated
