Hi we're due to go away tof spain for xmas 24 hour coach journey my daughter is autistic is there anything I can get to help her with the traveling? Or to help other sleep during the journey?

Speak to her and the bus company and try and plan it out better(time of travelling(day or night) food, drinks, sleep, music, tv, seat position, stop off, toilets, books etc ) or don't take them if the stress is too much for them or you.
