How are you coping during this difficult time

Hi, I have 5 children, 3 are Autistic, 2 have a diagnosis and one is still waiting for the test. We have been home schooling since March like everyone else, my Autistic children don’t like school anyway so have embraced being at home. My girls have enjoyed home schooling but my little boy, who I think is also adhd, is really struggling to do much at all it makes me wonder if he ever got anything done at school at all. So despite the guilt over home schooling there is also the issue of not going out. We only have a small back yard and live by the sea side, which you would think is lovely but everyone flocks to the sea front, so we can’t really go out much as my children really struggle to social distance, especially if there are a lot of people.
I am also finding it very very hard having no time to my self, my son never sleeps, he just about goes off to sleep at 11pm-midnight then he is up at 5am....omg I just want sometime alone, just to go to the toilet with out mumeee...ok now I feel guilty for thinking that! I love my children being at home but!

How are you all coping?.....sometimes I just wish I had someone to talk to.

It's completely understandable to feel the way you do. You have a lot of responsibility and to be going through all that during such a devastating time I really do admire you. I couldn't do it that's for sure.

Keep positive and be strong, you're doing so well already and if you ever need to talk there's lots of people here who will listen and help you as much as they can. You can message me anytime though I'm not a parent so don't think I'd be much use sadly.

I'm coping good thanks for asking. Life is hard and I'm pretty sick at the moment but I'm filling the day with good things to do as well. I went for a walk by a pretty stream yesterday and that was so relaxing.

Living by the sea must be nice for you. I love the sea.
