Staring downwards.

Anyone got any tips.

On some days when there is no school on, which has been a lot since the pandemic, I let my son sleep in as long as he wants. so hes had at least 12 hours sleep. He gets up on  his own accord and goes to kitchen , sits at the table, has a milkshake, cereal and starts to stare downwards. then continues to stare downwards once breakfast is finished, with eyes wide open at the bottom of the eyes. he will then continue to stare downwards, refusing to get off chair, going into the rumble stage, staring downwards and then after 15 minutes or so of staring downwards, he goes into a full autistic meltdown.

Occasionally I see him staring downwards at other times.

It is a strong warning sign. Anyone have any advise what to do when i see him doing this?
