Sleep

My 9 yr old boy has ASD ADHD and Anxiety, sleep has always been problematic- it can take him several hours to get to sleep despite taking Melatonin. I’ve noticed he seems to be bothered by temperatures at night- he will say he’s cold and will put a dressing gown on under his quilt when it’s a warm night, and then moments later take it off. If I put a fan on or open a window he says he’s cold. This can change within moments. Has anyone else any experience of this with their child? I’m wondering if it’s a temperature regulation issue or something else is sensory? Would like to be able to help as it seems to be another barrier to settling to sleep
