My son is 7yr old and diagnosed Autistic when he was 3.
He has a twin sister and they both attend the local Primary school - my son has a EHCP.
We live in West Berkshire and we have access to services that we have used on and off over the years and we use Autism Berkshire and attend Lego club and other clubs in the area which is fantastic, but we are debating about making a move to West Sussex.
I am scared that we may make a decision that could rock the boat in terms of the schooling at the moment is going ok, and also the availability of autism friendly kids clubs...which we use alot within Berkshire..
I have tried to do some research about charities and services within West Sussex but I know from experience you mostly find out about these services by word of mouth.
To get to the point - Is there anyone living in West Sussex who is able to give me a steer about what the level of services and support services for Children with Autism is like? and also sibling groups?
