hello , i hope someone who finds this message and advise me as to what to do . my 15 year old son returned to school after the summer term and found he had lost all his additional support due to lack of £££ , no one actually discussed this with me and it was only after the first week back , he himself told me . ive had a couple of meetings with the school , who are aware hes now struggling in all subjects , ive given it a few months but its not getting any easier for him , hes had support all through out school and until now has done so well , obviously the school has other children in the school who require the support and im really stuck now , i feel if i dont adocate and fight for him , id be letting him down , his support base teacher who over sees the support said it was due to cuts and that it was a shame , he was staying at school till the end of his 6th year but im not sure whether to take him out of school as i dont want him suffering due to money cuts, please can someone advise many thanks
