Hi my son is 22 months and I am awaiting diagnosis of ASD he has been referred to community paediatric doctors. 
anyone else on here the same age have any advise there’s a few traits he has. He is walking on tip toes he doesn’t speak doesn’t make eye contact and doesn’t answer to his name. 
also last few weeks his sleeping has got worse he wakes up screaming through the night Iv tried everything anyone any advise x

  • Although I cannot help you with the diagnosis part of things as my diagnosed children are much older and I can't truly remember what they were like at that age. 

    Have you tried lights in the bedroom for sleeping? Ones that project lights onto the ceiling or tube lights.

    This helped my sons alot. I also made a Sensory board with door locks, light switches, uv threads(cut short for safety) I also framed a piece of artificial grass to the wall near his head so he could touch it whilst led down. This helped them massively
