autism/ severely sighted/ epilepsy / challenging behaviour/severe developmental delayed/ No speech

Hi good morning everyone need some advice please. My son is 6 yrs 10 months old, he is diagnosed with lebers congenital amaurosis ( severely sighted), Autism recently diagnosed epilepsy, severe developmental delay and challenging behaviour with no speech. He won’t let us speak with his elder sister who is 10 yrs old. If we try to talk he starts pulling hair, pinching and biting if he is around us and if we put him on push chair he starts hitting himself. Very hard making black and blue. Also either me or my wife has to around him 24/7 apart from school hours. He can’t  be left alone as he starts self harming, while preparing his breakfast lunch dinner we have to make him stand next to us and even using loo we have to take him with as and make him stand right next to us. And my daughter is preparing for 11 plus but sadly I can’t support her as we cant spark to each other while he is around. We have direct payment in place 4 hours per week but that is only enough to pay for two hours as the provider allocated by council charges more and 2 hours a week is way below to support my daughter with her studies, my son has picked up new behaviour, he is spitting frequently don’t know how he learned it and his paediatrician said it could be behavioural so not sure what is going and not sure how to make him stop doing that. Recently he has been accepted by CAMHS but not been assessed yet as we got letter this week only. Also I am not sure about the word section as I do not want my son to be sectioned in future. Is there way of assessment CHAMS do before they declare and put him on section. I am not sure about this as the whole thing is new for me if any parents have any advice it would be really great. Thank you.
