Hi everyone,

I have a 15yrs old on autistic spectrum.He is having some meltdowns due to some stresses. I do not know much about autism.

Any course(online preferably) which could be recommended to understand and then I will look for help to manage him?

I like the Futurelearn "Understanding Autism" course, especially since you can converse with other participants and there are "mentors" to assist. Probably more suitable for you than for your son but it depends on the person - at that age I'd probably still have appreciated it.
