how to explain to a 4 year old their brother has Autism?

Can anyone recomend a book to help my four year old son understand his big brither has Autism.

Also any advice on applying for a blue badge as have already been turned down as my Son's condition is a mental one not Physical they did not undersatnd that his Autism creates a physical disability and because its not all the time only when he is one of those moods will not give us one.

just that his brother is different and does not think in the same way he does. He hurts him alot and i want to try to help him understand why as its not spitful and to help him undersatnd he needs space.

What do you want your other child to know? At 4, you don't want to explain too much making it complicated.

My ds support worker brought round the 'my brother is different book' it's not all relatable but starts a good conversation into issues your ds might have!
