18 year old been to ill to attend college, now in limbo

So frustrated as my son has had illness after illness since September (throat infections mostly) this caused him to not attend his 2nd year college course. So i had to pull him out. I don't know if it's being run down or his autism that seems to have lost all confidence he had about attending a college etc He has never been good at attending education buildings due to sensory overload and I have no idea how to help him and to stop him going back into full depression again he barely leaves the house at the moment along with all other issues he has feel like I'm drowning. He also no longer has camhs support and we are now waiting on adult mental health for support hence why I've just found and joined here ... Sorry for rant
