want to work, but I can not work the long hours that is needed

Hi all, Just moved up here to Scotland for almost a year now with my 4 children from South London. Two of my children has been diagnosed with ASD. And my Husband who I lift back down in South London, was not vary support with me going back to work and I had to do a long hours. But I paid for the 3 younger ons to be in braikfast club and after school clubs. Hit one of why I done the big move. But I have noticed that there is not out of school clubs for parents who wish to go back to work and they enjoy the work they was doing. Back in England the most of out of school clubs would have this kind of face where that would or could they cope with a child that has ASD, and if they can. Then I find that our children is getting treated different from what they call normal children. Like they have to talk really slow to your child (because all children with disability are slow and don't understand. Oh really). Plus in my kind of work I would have to start work from a time that the breakfast starts and the same time as the after school close. So I would like to really know, is it me or does anyone else feel that they are limit to work. And that there should be some kind of support with having out of school club for children with Disability, so we can go to work?  But I have this Ider, and I would like to see how many of you think its good or bad? Ok here goes, a out of school club for Disabled children (one for younger ones and one for the older ones) and that is run by professionals staff (who want to help) and parents of disability children (to help getting them back to work)
