Trying to help my sister

Hey, my sister had an ADHD problem since her teenage.
She has been to an ADHD coach  https://www.evokelearning.ca/coaching/adhd-coaching/ in Toronto for the past years. The coach, Emily was like her family. My sister was doing great all these years.
She is now graduated. It has been a year since she joined her first job. Even when she defeated the attention deficiency, stIll she seemed like a nerd. She wasn't consulting her coach for the past year. But they were good friends.
The thing is, last month her coach has moved to Vancouver! Ever since then, she seems very disorganized and agitated! Her behaviour is causing issues at her work.
She is absent-minded by birth, it has drastically increased now, her career is under stake. I'm concerned about her, she will go out of control if she is losing the job. I tried to help her out by using methods like memory place and method of locii, it looked working. But it demands some efforts and which makes her more anxious!
I have gifted her a book called Moonwalking with Einstein, she loved it! In fact, it is giving her positive vibes and hope. Unfortunately, nothing is guaranteeing any long term outcomes.
Better we should look for a proved ADHD coach or counsellor. Otherwise, I need to find proven methods to support her to achieve her goals.
We were brought up by a single mom. Our mom is no more, I'm more like her mom!
Please share your experience and suggest some healthy activities for her to practice. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to improve her life.
