I know this is probably a hugely common situation but I need to explain to a 9 year old boy, that his younger brother has Asperger's and this has a huge impact on the way he and everyone around him behaves.
I've read the sibling section of the NAS site, which looks like a great starting point, but what I'd really like is a book that sets it all out. The best one I can find seems to be My Brother is Different, but some of the comments suggest;
a. This is much more for siblings of more severe ASDs
b. Not right for a 9 year-old
If anyone can suggest a better book or some other sort of coping strategy we'd all be very grateful.
