There are lots of lovely places in the UK. Cardiff is a nice place in Wales with many smaller areas out of the city that are quieter. There are lots of schools and your son would get good support. There are other places like Norfolk, Brighton, Caerphilly, Tenby. You should come for a trip to see a few places. Good luck!
What kind of work do you want ?
Look for where there are good schools.
Cities in the NorthWest England are fairly cheap to live and there's lots of jobs available - it depends what you're looking for I guess. But Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool are all good. Public transport is a little expensive though but other than that, housing costs etc are very affordable.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!

thank you for your answer
Google search for low unemployment towns in UK and then do some research on the towns themselves from their websites or wikipedia.
Towns and cities vary in populations from a thousand to very large cities. You may also want to check about facilities available, hospitals, transport, etc as much of Britain is centralised.
I don't think anyone can advise specifically as you will have your own needs and criteria, so you will have to do the research yourself. I think the place I live in is lovely but it may not be to your tastes.
