What’s next ?

Hello everyone, so we found out my 2 year old son qualifies for a diagnoses of autism ( not quite sure what if that’s a diagnoses or just saying he may have it) the Pediatrician told us this in November. She gave me the name of this site an sent me on my way. Iv heard nothing since I’m left wondering what’s next will anyone contact us? will we have been referred anywhere? the whole thing has just left me very confused she wants to see him in November this year but that’s all I don’t understand how we have been left to deal with this on our own with no real understanding is there something I need to be doing? Do I need to go somewhere to get an actual diagnoses

we have a portage worker and speech but that wasn’t through the pedi
