EHCP Annual Review

In a week time my son will have his first Annual Review. I wonder how a meeting looks like? Is it possible to bring to school a professional from Advice & Support Service? I read that we should have received paperwork from school with all the views and arrangements. We only got a report from a S&L Therapist. Will we have to rush the school and ask again for documentation? We try to fight for an OT Therapy as our son has complex sensory integration difficulties and want to win this battle.
