please please could some one help me and my little boy . My ex husband his dad has him every Friday after school till Saturday he come back very emotional angry and upset every time . He also does not speak or communicate with my ex and even though the court had my sons diagnoses in front of him and my ex solicitor and they still gave him over night access. My little man cannot cope with it emotionally anymore.
he was so emotional to night because of my ex so enough is enough I can’t keep seeing him this upset anymore it’s breaking my heart .
can any body point me in the direction of a solicitor that will listen to me and is specialised in autism please

I can't help with a solicitor but have you tried the services directory on this site, it might have something of use to or try calling the helpline they should be able to advise you.
I know you probably have done this but is there anyway you could talk to your ex maybe agree extra daytime visits and drop the over nights?

No my ex won’t agree to that .
Hes already took me to court 3 times since we split 6 years ago because he refuses only day time .
I'm really sorry to hear that some people are just selfish a holes!, a friend of mine had issues with her kids coming back from the ex's in a state of anxiety she took them to the Dr's and got medical evidence that it was causing the children distress and they no longer had to go over night I know it's different with autism but could documenting it with doctors help support you in getting either your ex to listen or the courts to agree with you?
