Hi I am new here and have a 16 year old who needs an NI number. He did not attend school (another story) and we have been told that he needs to speak to the advisor at Benefits dept, but he won't.
We have been advised to apply for PiP for him as he is housebound through agoraphobia and accesses college for only 1 hour a week. But to do that we need his NI number.
Any advice welcomed.
