Hello,
Something that has been troubling me lately and causing me to have some anxieties.
My son is almost 4. And has a diagnosis of Autism.
We have two children.
I want to get some arrangements made, if in the event that anything happens to either of us Parents (god forbid)
The kids already have saving bonds, which they will get when they’re 21. But I’d like to get some extra back ups set up. Just to put me at ease.
Sorry, it’s not the nicest of subjects. It’s just something that I can’t seem to escape the thought of.
Thank you.
I think you’d need to see a solicitor about that. Maybe ask advice from the helpline on here:

Indeed. Not a lawyer, you'd also need to appoint a suitable legal guardian in your will the event of both of you dying at the same time. Really don't want them to end up with Social Services.
Thank you xx
