Hi, so im completely new (to the forum) and to autism as a whole! My son is 4 he was diagnosed autistic this year as well as having global development delay, sensory processing disorder, asthma, hypermobility, severe travel sickness. He has the mind of a 2 year old and is unable to verbally communicate properly. Anyway... im transferring onto universal credit in April and ive been told im 300 a month down money wise. I do work but im a self employed dance instructor and i dont get a lot of money i earn between 20-60 a week. I was looking into getting a second job 16-24 hours a week but i cant find a child minder to take my son on! there is loads in my area but because hes disabled no one will help me... i live in west yorkshire does anyone know of anything i can do? i was going to look into a carer for him but it costs way too much!
