Help filling out pip form

Is there any support filling out pip form? Son has Asperger's currently claiming dla, recently turned 16. We had help claiming Dla lady came out to our house, unfortunately contact number is now not recognised.

Very remiss of me to have forgotten SAS; they're my local autism provider! They've helped me informally a few times, and I'm hoping to get some formal support from them soon! Very nice people.

I'd give either your local Citizen's Advice Centre, local NAS branch, or branch of the Mind charity a call; if they can't help you themselves, they'll certainly be able to point you in the right direction.
