Hi,
I'm in the Brighton & Hove City Council area and still can't get a blue badge for my ASC three year old girl.
We are on the second tier DLA, but this does not qualify us for a Blue Badge.
Anyone know when this is going to be rolled out as announced by Government in July this year please?
