Hi guys
We applied for Ellie's DLA last May (2017), we were turned down despite presenting unquestionable evidence. All advisors cannot understand why we weren't awarded as the reasons given by DLA are all contradictory. Anyhow, we were advised to take to Tribunal which we are awaiting a date for - have been waiting since December 17, and still no date.
My question is in regards to Carers Allowance. If successful do we receive carers backdated 3 months, or from when the claim was started in May 17?
