Fitness to Work Certificate required for ESA application

I am helping my 22 yr old ASD son apply for ESA. There is a requirement for a Fitness To Work document to be supplied by GP. GP is happy to do this but mindful of the potential knock on effect in the future that issuing a Fitness To Work document might have to a new employer. My son works part time, is not ill, is not returning to work. He has a diagnosis of ASC & Epilepsy. What should the GP write on the FTW certificate ?? Does anyone have a similar document for similar situation? My son is entitled to ESA and perhaps more importantly National Insurance credits and future options of support. Comments welcome  but I am a newby so i might post/reply in wrong areas !! All a bit techy for me !!
