Hi everyone, I'm new to the site looking for some advice on interventions from my AS 8 yr old son.
I am looking into ABA or play therapy for him, not to 'cure' him, but to try & make his social interactions easier for him. I was wondering if any other parent had looked at these before & would recommend or advise against using this type of therapy? My community paed & local autism services didn't want to recommend therapy as they are wary of advising to use the private sector.
