Our Son was diagnosed with HF ASD about a year ago. He is in a mainstream Secondary school but it would appear that the passed couple of months he is appearing to struggle so much. I know he has the dreaded teenage hormones whizzing around his body to contend with as well but he is acting just horrible.
He does have an EHCP in place of which his school are trying really hard to adjust and tweak for him. However, he has become disruptive, rude, angry and just plain horrible at both home and school.
We are really concerned at his well-being as he has mentioned suicide a few times. Mainly in passing and in jest but still! I am exhausted through worrying.
Any words of advice?
