Anyone take an interest in Acts and what rights someone on the spectrum has?

I got an information leaflet with my austism alert card and found this interesting and was something I didn't know:

Autism/Apserger syndrome are identified as mental and behavioural disorders in the World Health Organisation International Classification of Diseases (ICD10). Anyone who has a diagnosis on the autism spectrum is defined vulnerable in law under the terms of the Mental Health Act 1983.
