To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Hiya,

I have a 10 year boy who has meltdown all the time, but struggle with them don't always know how to deal with them.

Wish I could find a support group in my area

Find it very a very lonely place

This is a link to the support group section of our services directory - www.autism.org.uk/.../cid=58~aid=1.aspx - where you can search and filter by location and the type of support group you're interested in, and hopefully find one that's right for you.
We also have sections on the website offering advice and information about challenging behaviour in children, including a section about meltdowns - www.autism.org.uk/.../meltdowns.aspx
