I have been feeing low for some time now and I am trying to help myself and its not helping. I am trying tp put a folder of happiness for myself so I can remind of how to be a normal person and feel more happier.
I've tried to look on the internet and I am very confused. I have found one site that is interesting buti want to know opinion of what you think is Life Skills.
I think confidence and self esteem is part of it, but im not so sure.
Can you help?
